Every Thursday we will meet at Sweatscape Sauna for:
45 minute outdoor vinyasa flow followed by 45 minutes to unwind and relax in the sauna.
Option to cool off in the cold plunge pools during your sauna session.


Cost for Full Class including Sauna €28
