Be guided into a state of deep relaxation with yoga Nidra as you are bathed in sound waves created by crystal bowls, Tibetan singing bowls, gongs, percussive instruments, the beautiful sound of Sofia singing, and more. Finish with Ceremonial Cacao. 

Please pay at time of booking. Bring your own mat, pillows, and blanket to make yourself comfortable. If you have a bolster please bring it. Also if you have one bring an eye pillow and/or anything else that will add to your comfort.
