A gentle hatha flow yoga class - designed to be accessible to all.
We will do some breathing exercises, some slow flowing movements to warm up (or sun or moon salutations), followed by various poses. This class finishes with a long, guided relaxation.

Please bring your yoga mat. No mats are available at the church hall.

(I am covering this class for a good friend so the only dates I will teach it are the dates on the schedule. You can only attend classes I teach with any passes/credits purchased via this booking system. Classes taught by Andrea need to be paid for separately and are not covered by payments via this site.)
