DESCRIPTION: Our monthly workshop is usually themed around the new moon. This time the new moon falls on the summer solstice so we'll celebrate the height of summer in our workshop, through a yoga practice, journalling and intention setting. Sara will teach us how to make flower crowns - a traditional practice in pagan and celtic parts. You'll need some wire or a headband to make the base, tape and flowers.
