DESCRIPTION: The full moon is when the energy is at its highest and most expansive. This moon is in Scorpio, the water sign with incredible emotional depth and with huge possibility for transformation. Scorpio isn't afraid of the darkness and presents us with the opportunity to integrate and overcome our suffering, transforming it into light. 

In this session, I'll lead a yoga practice considering how we transform our negative energies and rise like the pheonix out of the ashes. 
Linsey will lead reiki considering the sacral chakra - the seat of emotion. 
Kirsty will lead us in affirmations and Sara will give guided journaling prompts.
