A yoga practice based around a chair, designed for those who cannot get down onto a yoga mat. This class is aimed at people whose mobility might be a little limited and want to work on balance, strength and flexibility in a gentle way.
We do seated and standing exercises and I try to give seated versions of the standing poses for those who want to remain seated.
This class is good for relaxation, body awareness and for improving balance.
