Yoga with a focus on breathing and being aware of body and mind.
We often begin with a pranayama (breathing) exercise, then warm up with some flowing movements, building towards more complex, challenging poses. We finish with a long, guided relaxation.
My classes are about developing awareness of body, mind and self, through deep listening to and respect for your body and mind. I hope we can find a sense of calm and peace in amongst the clatter and chaos of the world around us.
