A gentle yoga class, designed to be accessible to all ages and body types.

This class is suitable for those who have a few aches and pains, and wish to build a little strength, stay supple, and take time to relax.

(I am covering this class for a friend for five weeks. If you purchase a subscription or membership via Shine On Yoga you can only attend the classes that are run by me (Joanna of Shine on Yoga) as listed on this booking site. Any classes which are taught by Sally will need to be paid for separately. The classes taught by Sally are not listed on this booking site.
You can use your pass to book into any of my classes - not just the Wednesday class.)
