Description
Lockdown has, for some of us, offered a very different daily rhythm of life. When there is change, there is often the chance to reassess. For some of us, it has presented a pause, a gap, a chance to consider who we are, how we want to live and want we want from life.

When we know who we are, what we want, and have the courage to express it and live it, we often feel more fulfilled – like life is more meaningful.

This workshop will look at how we can find the courage to be ourselves. The courage to stand in our own space and make the decisions that are right for us, rather than the ones expected of us by others.

As with all my yoga workshops, we’ll move through a yoga practice so that these ideas become embodied – they become physical experiences and movements that we can take into life.

We’ll explore the chakras and their different energies, considering the way we require balance in many areas of our lives in order to be true to ourselves, rather than pulled this way and that by the forces of life.

How do we find the courage to be true to ourselves, to stand in our own authentic space and open to others, expressing who we are kindly and confidently?

The themes of this workshop come from Brene Brown’s work on authenticity as well as the yogic system of the chakras. Please join me 😊
