Continuing with our yoga anatomy series of workshops, we'll look at the feet in this one. Your feet are amazing! They support your whole body and they form the foundation of many of our yoga poses. But how much do you know about them?
I'll run through the basics of the different joints in the feet, then move on to how we can work with the feet and create good foundations in our various poses.
