Working to increase strength, balance and flexibility. This class incorporates both standing and mat exercises. Perfect for beginners, people working with pain and injuries or just want a class that's challenging but not fast paced. Modifications will be offered and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.

Please bring your own mat and water bottle.
