This class is designed to strengthen, lengthen, align and tone your entire body. Incorporating upright exercises using the barre with Mat Pilates and adding in small weights and props throughout the class. Modifications will be offered.

Perfect for beginners, people working with pain and injuries or just want a class that's challenging but not fast paced. Modifications will be offered and everyone is encouraged to work at their own level.
