Step 1: plank position: tuck tail bone under, squeeze inner thighs, gaze forwards, squeeze glutes and press between shoulders. Step 2: interlace fingers around the back top of your head, place elbows down forearm distance apart, tuck toes and lift hips high pressing into forearms. Step 3: from the same position as step 2, practice lifting one knee in at a time and then alternate between extending each leg (no kicking!).
