Yogis learn the mechanics of a yoga flow, breathe control, poses, beginners meditation practices and mindful techniques. Classes often set to T.Swift 🎵 tunes and candlelight. What a great way to spend time bonding with your tween or as a group of friends! Class is not heated. Option to attend with parent or teen only. Ages 8+.
