DESCRIPTION: Six weeks of classes starting in June. 
This class is open to complete beginners or those with experience. 
Students are welcome to attend for all 6 weeks or individual weeks. 
The class does require students to get up and down from the floor (albeit slowly) at times so isn't suitable if you are unable to do so without assistance. It does also involve some movement on hands and knees. 
Please bring a yoga mat with you or message me if this isn't possible.
