Description

A floor-based class exploring gentle somatic movements in supine (lying down) and seated. Suitable for all levels. Highly effective for improving movement quality, relieving chronic pain and discomfort, and for creating more ease in the body and mind. Re-pattern movement and behavioural habits at a neurological level through small, exploratory and non-strenuous movements. Deeply therapeutic and releasing. Useful props: A mat or rug; yoga blocks or cushions; a blanket or towel.
