DESCRIPTION: I was very pleased to be offered the space at Saint Greens Place again for my Autumn day retreat and I have planned a beautiful day of rejuvenation. The day will begin with a warming herbal tonic , followed by a 2 hr yin, and nidra practice. I will be serving a warming winter vegetarian lunch in the stunning garden kitchen, with time afterwards to enjoy grounds. The afternoon be led by Lynsey and a 1.5 hr sound bath therapy session.  The day will close with aromatherapy oils and breath work.
