4 nights vegetarian dinner – Whilst this is not a detox retreat no alcohol is provided.

Morning and Evening yoga /meditation practices which you can opt in or out of. Its your retreat so there is no pressure to attend all of the schedule. As always the practices will be carefully planned with vinyasa in the morning and yin/nidra in the early evening before dinner and there lies the difference between a retreat and a holiday. Retreats are designed for deep nurturing, healing and transformation and I very much plan to hold a space for you that creates just that.
