DESCRIPTION: Vinyasa is a style of yoga centered on flow—the intentional linking of breath with movement. This nourishing Vinyasa Flow weaves fluid, mindful movement with conscious breath and meditation to create inner spaciousness. Guided by the rhythm of the breath, poses transition seamlessly from one to the next, creating a continuous, dynamic practice. Rather than holding postures for long periods, you’ll move with intention and awareness, cultivating strength, presence, and a meditative state that feels fluid, grounding, and alive.

Please arrive up to ten minutes early. The doors will lock at the start of the class. 

You are welcome to bring your own eye mask, a water bottle, and a journal. We provide blankets and bolsters for you. 

We recommend bringing your own yoga mat for Vinyasa Flow with Kim. A small number of mats are available on-site if needed, but we kindly ask that you bring your own whenever possible.
