This active, energetic style of yoga focuses on the connection between breath, movement and mind. We’ll create a flow-like sequence, using our breath to move continuously and smoothly from one pose to the next. Over time, this physically challenging practice becomes a meditation in movement, whereby the world around you fades into the background. If you’re looking for a deep stretch, relaxation and a good workout, this fun and creative class is for you.

This class also the perfect introduction to Inside Flow class (every Saturday)

Inside Flow turns Vinyasa Yoga into a smooth, music‑led moving meditation.

Your breath sets the pace while each movement fits the rhythm of the song. Classes unfold with lively, modern songs and finish with a full flow crafted for one special piece of music. Rooted in the yogic philosophy of SPANDA, the gentle pulse of life, the practice brings breath, movement and sound together to help you settle into a peaceful Flow state.

Experience the unity of breath, movement and music.
