Beginner yoga and meditation weekend workshop

During this 5-hour workshop (2,5 hours on Saturday and Sunday), we will go through foundational yoga postures, breathing techniques and investigate the basics of mindfulness meditation. By the end of the weekend, you may feel more confident to join a regular yoga class or start your own practice. Bonus: if you buy a class pass by the end of January, you receive 10 % off.
