Cacao is a sacred plant that has been used in ceremony for ages. Come sing these sacred songs and honor the plant and the gift of heart opening it offers. Cacao is specially prepared by Marie Sonalet.

Open your hearts and voices while bringing awareness to the energy in your body through Kriya movements of tapping, shaking and breath work as we connect with live medicine songs.

Release the deeply held tensions of the mind/body and explore the wonders of Theta state as we lead you through an inward journey in that space between wakefulness and sleep to become the witness within.
