DESCRIPTION: HONORING THE ELEMENTS—In a special fire ceremony lead by Watereye, we will make offerings to the elements in song, movement and celebration.

ELEMENTAL SONGS & KRIYA—Open your hearts and your voices, bringing awareness to the energy in your body. Through Kriya movements of tapping, shaking and breath work, we connect with the medicine songs.

SOUND BATH MEDITATION—Release the deeply held tensions of the mind/body and explore the wonders of Theta state as we lead you through an inward journey in that space between wakefulness and sleep to become the witness within.

All experience levels welcome. Please bring yoga mat, blanket and journal.
