DESCRIPTION: THE ART OF RELEASE—We will explore ways to release and let go of what is being held onto which no longer serves in a unique offering of song, voice, expression and release lead by Kira Seto.

FIRESIDE SING ALONG & MOVEMENT—Open your hearts and your voices, bringing awareness to the energy in your body. Through Kriya movements of tapping, shaking and breath work, we connect with the a singing experience like no other.

SOUND BATH MEDITATION—pront Release the deeply held
tensions of the mind/body and explore the wonders of Theta state as we lead you through an inward journey in that space between wakefulness and sleep to become the witness within.

All experience levels welcome. Please bring yoga mat, blanket and journal.
