Each class of Michael's starts with a theme to create an intention and attitude for a special purpose to help students to remember and discover their innate goodness. Stella began to practice yoga in 2015 when she felt drawn to try something new. She realised that yoga was not only a workout but also gave her peace of mind. As a supervisor in an international company, yoga was the tool she used to alleviate work pressure while allowing her to face challenges with a positive mindset. In 2018, Stella took her first teacher training with Angela Lohse, who showed her the world of kindness and encouraged her not only to be a yoga teacher but also to keep inspiring people in all ways.  She believes "ego" in yoga practice is a good thing to use as a means to create a balance between overexerting and knowing when to challenge oneself.  She aims to inspire her students to live a yogic lifestyle while cultivating kindness.

With over 10 years of teaching and body mapping with athletes, mothers-to-be, and kids, Barbara understands very well different body types and she loves to challenge her students in a joyful manner in her class.  She doesn't expect perfection but she wants her students to do their best in a self-loving environment.  She wants students to fill joy mentally and physically after every class.
