In this beginner-friendly/all levels yoga class, we will explore breath-inspired movement, foundational concepts, and accessible ways to build postures to make the practice accessible. Through the use of props and interdisciplinary, yet simple movement, we will invite spaciousness, stability and flexibility into the body. With a focus on safe alignment and modifications to accommodate individual needs, this class is a great place for experienced yogis to get a "tune up" or for others to learn from the very beginning. This class is playful, exploratory, uses props galore, and has a relaxed, workshop style.
Each class will include breath work, mindful movement, and relaxation.
