It’s the end of the day, and you’ve done enough already. Take 45-60 minutes to give your body some time to decompress and rest before retiring for the day. We will strive to find stillness and relaxation through slow movement and longer-held postures. This practice allows us to create more length in the muscles with the intention of enhancing mobility and flexibility over time. Beginner accessible.
