With all the evidence pointing to the benefits of a slower practice, we are happy to offer this to you. You'll be challenged to move slower, increase focus and self awareness, thereby tuning in on a deeper level.

We'll be practicing outside in Northpoint Park. Follow the link below or instructions. Bring a mat, 2 blocks, a strap, and a blanket or towel to place under your mat. The grass is often wet and sometimes the geese come to visit, so be prepared. You won't regret bringing that towel!
