All levels. Weather permitting. We'll be meeting in Northpoint Park in the large circular hill by the water. It's a quiet park. You won't miss us. The best way to find the group is entering the park with the children's playground on your right. Walk straight ahead towards the water. Take a right and walk along with the water on your left until you come to a small round hill. If you enter with the playground on the left, just take a left after the playground entrance and go straight until you come to the small round hill. Make sure to bring a towel or sheet to put under your mat as the geese may occasionally visit the hill. Spira is a petite human with gray and purple hair.
