DESCRIPTION: For the month of August we will explore static and dynamic posture;  integrating principles of multidimensional movements within a wide range of  human patterns.
This class will be beneficial to those  of all body types, movement experiences and physical fitness.
Schedule permitting, If possible, students are encouraged to attend the entire series either with a studio monthly membership, 18 or an 8 class pass.
