DESCRIPTION: This is a donation based hybrid class online and live at Laguna Madre Yoga with Jarod Johnson.  We will focus on the enjoyment of yoga as both a group and personal practice.  The design is to provide a class that is inviting for anyone to attend and either begin their yoga journey or as a nice addition to an already flowing practice.  All ages and skill levels welcome.
