DESCRIPTION: In this class JC will introduce focused movements to begin the journey of mobility.  At an early age when our joints are healthy, we have good range of motion. As we go through life, we begin to settle into our own work and lifestyles. Sometimes, we lose range of motion without realizing it until we want to be more active. Join us in this free introductory workshop where we use  calculated movements and learn how to optimize  range of motion that impacts your daily life in a positive way.
