Vinyasa "flowing breath" is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga that tends to be a little more vigorous. Join us for a fun flow, all levels welcome.

4 week study and practice of breath from yogic and sufi perspectives. Please come with an empty stomach and whatever you need to sit comfortably. We will include a few postures to loosen the spine.
