DESCRIPTION: Dear Yogis!!! Join our yoga community in celebrating the end of 2022 and the beginning of 2023 and in dedicating our energy to the intentions and manifestations for the New Year.​A 2-hrs workshop with Sankalpa (setting intentions the Yogi way) and 108 Sun Salutations. ​Sun Salutations are a sequence of yoga poses strung together in a consistent movement, referred to as “Surya Namaskar” and were traditionally practiced to usher in the new day. ​Don't worry, rest in child's pose is very welcome when needed and we'll have a beautiful savasana). ​Festive & celebratory clothing is encouraged but not obligatory. ​​The class is not suitable for complete beginners, but modifications will be provided for those with less regular practice.​ £15 Online £20 in studio (at Space to Move) per person, Saturday 31.12.22 9.30-11.30am
