DESCRIPTION: Join me in the first week of 2025 to set intentions and establish a clear directions for the New Year. Focus on removing obstacles and pursuing your dreams in a confident and grounded way.
This event will consist of a 75 minutes Vinyasa yoga class, 75 minutes of Intention setting and manifesting workshop with the use of meditation, journalling and intention boards and a 60 minutes relaxing and sooting sound bath.
