DESCRIPTION: We’ll explore the inner landscapes through asana (postures), meditation and sound bath, observing the thought patterns, the inner dialogue as well as the layers underneath the body and mind. Building on Yogic principles of Ahimsa (Non-Harming) and Svadhyaya (Self-Study), we’ll aim to require the immediate response of the mind and increase the levels of mindfulness and wellbeing for everyday life.
