DESCRIPTION: A Gong or Sound Bath is called a ‘bath’ because sound waves ‘wash’ over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. The harmonics will effortlessly lull your mind into a meditative state, while the vibrations revitalize your body and help to release tension.
With multiple gongs, several Tibetan & Crystal singing bowls and an array of other instruments it’s a very unique experience. From the previous baths I know that  participants really love the experience and come away feeling deeply relaxed and often looking so much brighter and lighter in themselves. A special treat.
