DESCRIPTION: Join Ale in this challenging exploration of body, mind and breath.
We will practice 108 Sun Salutations to mark and celebrate  the changing seasons. The Spring Equinox represents a time of rebirth and new beginnings, making it a great time to detoxify the body. 

Sun Salutations are a sequence of yoga poses strung together in a consistent movement, referred to as “Surya Namaskar” and were traditionally practiced to usher in the new day.

After the challenging asana practice, we will re-ground and relax in the healing sound bath.
