While the moon's magnetic effect is not creating a physical movement of water in our bodies (according to science), it could be bringing heightened emotions to surface. ... The lunar eclipse or any full moon can feel like a bit of a disruptive time, resulting in more erratic behavior, tension, or tiredness.

So come and join me and flow in a mildly heated class lit by tealight candles and allow yourself to feel and experience what's deep within you.
