In an effort to build and/or maintain a strong foundation in meditation, this 20-minute class will be anchored in breath. Each week, a tailored mix of breath work methods will bring you into the present moment and ignite positive side effects to be enjoyed throughout your day.

As a mom, freelancer, and yoga practitioner (among other things), maintaining balance and a clear mind in Anna's day-to-day is paramount. Meditation has played an important role in achieving this and in an effort to deepen her personal practice, Anna received a 200-hour certification from Three Jewels in NYC. With this experience, she cultivated her desire to share what she has learned and benefited from when it comes to the power of meditation.
