General terms of State of Flow Yoga & Wellness
Please read through the terms and conditions below thoroughly before enrolling. When enrolling as a student of Tara Booze LLC Yoga & Wellness you agree to the terms and conditions as laid out below.
GENERAL
All purchases of services (classes, workshops, events) are non-refundable.
All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule. If you have pre-paid for and booked an upcoming class that is canceled, you will be refunded.
Tara Booze LLC Yoga and Wellness is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind to students who are late to class (after doors are locked) or who cancel their booking with less than 12 hours notice.
Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class to settle in and set up your space.
Please check before each class.
Payment must be made upon booking unless paying cash. No students will be permitted to sign-up for a class, workshop, or event as unpaid unless it is a free or donation-based class.
Tara Booze LLC Yoga and Wellness is not responsible for the safe keeping of your personal belongings.
The front doors will be locked at the start of class time, unless the plant shop is open. For safety reasons, no one 10 or more minutes late for class is permitted entry and leaving class early is strongly discouraged.
You agree that you have been examined by a qualified medical practitioner within the past six months and have been found by such practitioner to be in good physical health and physically able to perform all yoga classes.
It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
Classes at Tara Booze LLC Yoga and Wellness may be physically strenuous and you voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death.
In attending classes at Tara Booze LLC Yoga and Wellness you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Tara Booze LLC Yoga and Wellness or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
Tara Booze LLC Yoga and Wellness reserves the right to refuse entry.
Prices may increase from time to time to reflect increases in cost and benefits.
