I aim to make these classes suitable for many bodies with various options for poses so that you can move in a way which supports you. I teach in a way that promotes self care and tuning in to what your body needs. You are your own best teacher, I am just a guide! 

Classes are friendly and welcoming. I have mats, blocks and straps which you are able to borrow.
