DESCRIPTION: Join me for some outdoor yoga, rain or shine! (If it is torrential or a thunderstorm we will rethink!) This will be Hatha style, which is what I usually teach so if you have joined me before, it will be familiar. If you haven't joined me before, Hatha is a style of yoga where we focus on the alignment of the body within the yoga asanas (yoga poses), and the breath. We build heat, flexibility and strength. It is a great style for beginners and seasoned yogis alike.
