DESCRIPTION: Join me for a 70 minute class of Hatha Yoga; this style of yoga is great for many because we pause during most asana (yoga poses) in order to find our alignment and focus on our breath. I often offer several options for differing levels of strength, flexibility, and yoga experience. 

My goal is to make my classes a safe and fun space where you can ground yourself, find some deep breaths and move the body in a way that feels good. 

You might want to wear loose fitting clothes that you can move about in. I can provide yoga mats, blocks and straps, however you are most welcome to bring your own. 

Please ensure that you arrive at least five minutes before class begins in order to get settled and to allow us to start on time.
