DESCRIPTION: This is a gentle, relaxed session designed for parents to do with their babies. The class is for you as a parent, but we will move in a way that allows us to continue to care for our babies. We will aim to ground ourselves, take some deep breaths, and stretch out to soothe our bodies that are working so hard. 

You don't need a mat but perhaps lay something on the ground to ensure comfort under the knees. Cushions and blankets are welcome. Wear something you can move in.
