DESCRIPTION: This is a class for anyone who cares for babies; dads, mums, grandparents, nannies, uncles, whoever you are, you're welcome here along with your little one(s).

We move in a way that allows for holding/ caring for your baby at the same time, targeting the areas that get really tired when caring for children, such as the shoulders, back and wrists.

Most importantly, we take some deep breaths and get some general movement into the body. Come as you are, I look forward to practicing with you!
