DESCRIPTION: Each Thursday from 18-19, we meet at nya klubstugan Vejby IP for an hour-long Vinyasa Yoga class. We’ll tap into the strength of our breath in a dynamic flow, then find grounding and deep stretches, and finish with stillness and meditation at the end of class.

✨ All levels are welcome.
✨ Bring a mat, a water bottle, and maybe a friend (I will have a few mats available to borrow if you don’t have a mat)

Price: 150 sek per class - you can pay via Swish at class.
