A yoga series exploring yoga on and beyond the mat - through movement, breath, attention, reflection and stillness.

Develop your physical practice while also diving deeper into the wisdom of yoga, with a new theme each week.

- 8 session package: 1,250 SEK (to be used during this series only)
- Drop-in: 180 SEK
- Bring a friend: Bring someone who is brand new to the class and they pay 100 SEK
