Can't make it to a live class? For $20 a month you can tap into my videos. I will be regularly adding new ones. (e.g. Breathing meditation, Lower back relief, etc.)

Try 3 classes. And you can take what you learned and decide where you want to go with your own practice. Or, feel free to bring 1-2 friends. You get another 3 class deal should they sign up.
