DESCRIPTION: Wind down the day with a guided practice of deep relaxation, and a special dedication ceremony.

This class is a part of our Stream Summer Solstice Celebration 2021: a day of yoga + meditation to celebrate the longest day of the year and our Stream community.

Offered freely; donations are appreciated (you will receive an email after the class, inviting you to make a donation, or you are welcome to bring cash).

Please pre-register. Please no 'no-shows' as in-person space will be limited to 9 yogis + 1 teacher, as per Ontario Re-Opening Stage 1 Regulations.

Take part in our earth mandala on June 20, by bringing a found object from nature (e.g. flower, flower petal, branch, stone, shell, leaf) to add the mandala we will create on the floor of the Hut. Objects will not be returned, so please do not leave precious personal items.
